What is trauma? What does it mean to be trauma informed? How can we be trauma informed in our relationships with young people?
This session will answer all these questions and more- including what is and is not the responsibility of programs and mentors. Relationships with young people are your program’s currency, and being trauma informed ensures more security and emotional safety for your young people.
