MMRC – March Mentoring Roundtable

“Understanding the Role of Race and Inclusion in Mentoring Programs”

Join Joyell Arvella, Founder, Harp + Sword, and Zara Cadoux, Director of High School and Graduate Programs, Sister’s Circle, as they lead participants in exploring the principles of race, equity and inclusion, and how these components can be applied to mentor programs. Topics covered include language, racial justice frameworks, and an opportunity for each mentoring program to inventory current and future racial equity efforts.

MMRC’s roundtables are open to everyone but are geared towards Mentor Program providers and staff.
