Mentoring 101 is designed to clarify the role and responsibilities of a mentor, address expectations and concerns, enhance communication skills, and increase the awareness of diversity and its impact on the mentor relationship. This training is appropriate for both new mentors as an introduction and current mentors who would like a refresher.
